what do you want?

A programme for professionally overdeveloped women who can't answer that question.

You have built a life that looks impressive from the outside.

And from the inside, when nobody is watching, there is a question you keep almost asking yourself and then quietly stepping around.

What do I want?

And I'm not saying what makes sense or what the next logical step is or what would make your parents proud or your LinkedIn profile compelling.

What do you actually want?

The thing is, for people like us, capable, high-achieving, self-aware, probably already in therapy, that question is not simple. It is not a journaling prompt; it is not something you solve with a values worksheet on a Sunday afternoon.

For most high-performing women, not knowing what you want is not a personal failing.

It is the entirely logical result of decades of training yourself not to ask.

Oh my, I need this

You have been good at everything except being yourself.

What Do You Want?  is the programme that changes that.

Four modules which are research-backed, honest, body-based and built specifically for the high-achieving woman who has been so busy proving herself that she forgot to ask what she actually wants.

You are not confused, you are conditioned.

From a very young age, you learned that being good at things was approved of, being excellent was loved, as was being the capable one, the reliable one, the one who holds it together.

So you built the career, you hit the targets, and you ticked all the boxes.

And somewhere in the doing of all of it, you stopped checking in with the part of you that knows what she actually wants, because in truth, you kind of forgot she existed.

I promise you this doesn't mean there is anything wrong with you; it's just thirty-five years of very efficient conditioning doing exactly what it was designed to do.

And it is exactly what this programme is built to undo.

This is not a course about goal-setting.

There are no vision boards here or five-year plans or frameworks for optimising your life (thank god).

What Do You Want? is four modules of honest, research-backed, occasionally uncomfortable work designed to help you do one specific thing.

Hear yourself again.

The desire is still there; it has been waiting, very patiently, for a very long time, and your job in this programme is not to manufacture new wants from scratch.

It is to remove enough noise to start hearing what was always underneath it.

The Journey To

WHAT YOU WANT

Over 4 modules, we move through a grounded, research-backed arc to support you to understand why this question is so damn hard to answer, and to slowly support you to connect to the part of you that can, and will, answer it.

Module 1 - the fortress

Why you don't know what you want and why that is not your fault.

We look at the conditioning, the performance, the identity you built that made self-suppression look like virtue.

You leave this module understanding the pattern structurally, not personally.

At this point, we can come to understand that not having a clue what you want is not a character flaw, but a survival strategy, a brilliant one, that has simply outlived its usefulness.

Module 2 - THE COST

What actually happens to a life when we stop asking the question?

The research here is stark, and you deserve to hear it.

Because many of you are already living some of these costs and have been telling yourselves it's fine.

It is not fine.

And naming that is the beginning of something.

module 3 - the excavation

Here is what most people get wrong: you cannot think your way back to desire.

Desire is not a cognitive event.

It lives in the body, and this module introduces the research on how desire is actually accessed - through safety, through pleasure, through the body - and begins the real excavation work.

This is where things start to open up..

Month 4 - the permission

The whole programme has been building to this.

The moment you actually ask the question - and find an answer that is true, honest and completely you, rather than the cleaned-up, socially acceptable answer.

The answer that has been waiting.

This module is about learning to hold your own desire without apologising for it.

Each module includes:

  • A teaching video - research-backed, with a few personal anecdotes delivered directly within the teaching portal
  • A guided audio practice - body-based, slow, designed for women whose systems have been running on performance for so long that doing this kind of thing might feel a bit odd (and that's ok)
  • A specific worksheet designed for the module - to support you to go deeper, and find your own answers

This Space is for you if...

- You are extremely competent, the kind of woman who may intimidate people in a professional context without meaning to, you know how to climb the ladder, work the room, get visible, and play the game. And underneath all of it is a question you have been carefully, efficiently, expertly avoiding.

This programme is for the woman who is not in crisis; she is quietly, expertly disappearing, and some part of her- the part that just read that sentence and felt something - knows it.

It's probably not for you if...

- If you are looking for a quick fix, a shortcut, or a strategy to optimise your way into knowing yourself, this is not it.

Hi, I'm Lucy

I spent ten years on a trading floor in some of the world's most prestigious investment banks, six figures, a flat in zone 1 and a life that looked exactly right. And I was the loneliest, most disconnected version of myself I've ever been.

I didn't leave because I failed, I left because I finally got honest about the fact that I'd built an impressive life that had absolutely nothing to do with who I actually was.

What followed was the most powerful and necessary journey I've ever taken. I went all the way into the depths of myself, the shadow, the grief, the parts I'd been performing over for thirty years, and I came back with one obsession.

Helping people who are sleepwalking through their one extraordinary life finally wake up to it.

I'm trauma-informed, somatically trained, and I've studied alongside world-renowned teachers including Gabor Maté. I've been featured in the BBC, The Telegraph, and Business Insider.

But honestly, none of that is why you should trust me with six months of your life.

You should trust me because I've been exactly where you are, and I know in my body, not just my head, that the other side exists.
